For years, we delivered both — the product and the experience — across Northern Europe.

This was never “just a shop.” It was a strategic phase.

We launched calçot deliveries and calçotadas abroad with one purpose:
to validate whether a uniquely Catalan tradition could become the foundation for a global food-experience company.

What we achieved

• Delivered calçots to seven Northern European countries with exceptional freshness.

  

• Hosted calçotadas in Eindhoven and Amsterdam, serving more than 1,000 guests per season.

  

• Demonstrated that a €200M Catalan seasonal market can thrive abroad.

• Confirmed that people crave connection and shared experiences, not just products.

Why we ended the service

Because this phase succeeded.
This website now supports the next stage of the project:
The Onion Guy — the platform for global food experiences.

Instead of shipping one tradition, we are now building the system that allows many traditions to travel.
